Popcharts exports your chart presentation in high quality h.264 video. It's the most commonly used video format both on the Web, on the Mac and on iOS devices. In this very short tutorial you will learn how easy it is to export your presentation to a video file. It's a three step process:

  1. Click on the Export Button
  2. Choose a File Name
  3. Wait for the Render

Clicking on the Export Button<

The export button is conveniently placed in the middle of the toolbar. Alternately, you can go to the File/Render menu item or use it's keyboard shortcut: ⌘R.

Choose a File Name

Initiating an export will bring up a "File Save" sheet with a suggested file name. If the file name does not suit you then enter another one and click on Save or press Enter.

Wait for the Render

Depending on the complexity of the presentation and it's duration, it may take some time to render the movie file. Use the Background Activity to see the rendering progress of your presentation. You can bring up the activity panel at any time by going to the Window/Show Activity menu item or pressing it's shortcut: ⌘2. The activity panel also allows you to cancel the render operation.
